Twilight program modifications

The weather seems to have cleared so we are anticipating a program tonight. Due to the rain some events may be changed.

Another update will be sent out about 5:15pm if there is likely to be further changes. Otherwise Hope to everyone before 6pm ready for a 6pm start.
